Our Process

Our process is designed to reduce risk, protect focus, and deliver stable, market-ready products. Every step exists for a reason, and we don’t skip steps.

We believe disciplined execution beats rushed development every time.

Founder Intake & Qualification

We start with context, not sales. Every engagement begins with a short intake that helps us understand:

  • Your validation
  • Your problem and target user
  • Your budget and commitment level
  • Whether we’re the right partner for this stage

If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you honestly.

Alignment Call

If there’s a strong fit, we schedule a focused alignment call. This is not a sales call. It’s a working conversation where we:

  • Clarify the problem you’re solving
  • Define what “success” looks like for the MVP
  • Confirm scope boundaries
  • Align on communication style and expectations

Both sides should leave this step with clarity and confidence.

Proposal & Scope Definition

Next, we create a detailed proposal that clearly outlines:

  • The problem we’re solving
  • The exact scope of the MVP
  • Features included
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment structure

This step eliminates ambiguity before any commitments are made.

Contracting (MSA + SOW)

Once the proposal is approved, we formalize the engagement. We execute:

  • A Master Services Agreement
  • A project-specific Statement of Work

These documents lock scope, pricing, responsibilities, and change management rules.

Payment Receipt & Scheduling

Before any work begins:

  • The required upfront payment is invoiced
  • Payment must be received and cleared
  • Automatic billing is set up for future payments

Once payment is confirmed, the project is officially scheduled and delivery capacity is reserved. No work begins before this step is complete.

Kickoff & Planning

With contracts signed and payment received, we move into kickoff. During kickoff, we:

  • Confirm final scope and assumptions
  • Define MVP success criteria
  • Establish communication cadence
  • Align on timelines and milestones

This ensures everyone starts aligned.

Build & Iterate

We build the MVP using production-ready standards and a locked scope. Our execution approach includes:

  • Core feature focus only
  • Weekly written updates
  • Async-first communication
  • Internal reviews before client demos

We don’t expand scope mid-build or rush unstable releases.

Testing & Launch Readiness

Before launch, we prioritize stability through:

  • Functional testing
  • Bug resolution
  • Performance checks
  • Deployment preparation
  • Monitoring setup

Launch readiness is treated as a critical milestone, not a formality.

Launch & Post-Launch Support

Launch is not the finish line. After go-live, we remain involved to:

  • Monitor real-world performance
  • Address early issues
  • Support real users
  • Plan next iterations based on actual usage

Post-launch support is built into how we work because this is where products succeed or fail.

Why This Process Works

Reduces execution risk

Prevents scope creep

Protects timelines and budgets

Sets clear financial expectations

Creates trust and confidence

We don’t move fast by skipping steps. We move forward by building correctly.
